  • Grade 6 Certificate of Completion with LRN (Clear photocopy; Please bring the original copy for validation.)
  • Report Cards for current and two previous levels with a passing grade in all subjects (Clear photocopy; Please bring the original copy for validation.)
  • Certificate of Good and Moral Conduct from the Guidance Counselor
  • Birth Certificate (PSA original copy)
  • Recent passport size picture, four (4) pieces


Grades 8 to 10

    For Foreign Students

     

    Dual Citizenship

     

    • Clear Photocopy of Philippine passport (Please bring the original copy for validation.)
    • Certificate of Recognition as a Filipino Citizen

     

    With Temporary Residence

     

    • Parents and student applicant – clear photocopy of passports (Please bring the original passports for validation.)
    • Student applicant – Student Visa authenticated by embassy officials or Bureau of Immigration
    • Student applicant – Special Study Permit

     

    With Permanent Residence

     

    • Parents and student applicant – clear photocopy of passports (Please bring the original passports for validation.)
    • Parents and student applicant – Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
    NOTES:
     
    1. For those with no ACR or SSP, please submit a clear soft copy of 47(a)(2) Visa.
    2. Please also submit a clear soft copy of your Special Investor’s Resident Visa (only if any).

     


     

    For Students with Special Needs

     

    • Recent clinical diagnostic report (from a SPED specialist or a developmental pediatrician)
    • Doctor’s recommendation

     


     

    Admission Process

     


     

    1. Registrar’s Office through Admissions

    1a. Submit complete requirements.

    NOTES:

     

    • Processing of the application will only start upon submission of complete requirements.
    • Please inform the Admissions Office if the student applicant has been diagnosed by a SPED specialist or a developmental pediatrician. A clinical diagnostic report and doctor’s recommendation will be required.

    1b. Schedule of assessment/admission test will be sent via SMS after the screening of requirements.

     


     

    2. Cashier’s Office

    Pay the non-refundable assessment/admission test fee (Php 1,000).

     


     

    3. Guidance Office

    3a. Take the assessment/admission test.

    3b. Assessment/admission test result will be sent via SMS after at least three (3) working days.

     


     

    4. Academic Department

    4a. Interview by the Assistant Principal and/or School Principal will follow upon passing the assessment/admission test.

    NOTES:

     

    • Preschool – Parent Interview ONLY
    • Grades 1 to 12 – Parent and Student Interview

    4b. Receive the Acceptance Notice from the Admissions Coordinator via admissions@themeridian.edu.ph with details regarding summer class recommendation and reservation of slot process.

     


     

    5. Cashier’s Office

    5a. Present the Acceptance Notice received via email and pay the non-transferable and non-refundable Reservation Fee (100% Equivalent to Miscellaneous Fee).
