Dual Citizenship

- Student applicant – Student Visa authenticated by embassy officials or Bureau of Immigration
- Student applicant – Special Study Permit
With Permanent Residence
- Parents and student applicant – clear photocopy of passports (Please bring the original passports for validation.)
- Parents and student applicant – Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
For Students with Special Needs
- Recent clinical diagnostic report (from a SPED specialist or a developmental pediatrician)
- Doctor’s recommendation
Admission Process
1. Registrar’s Office through Admissions
1a. Submit complete requirements.
NOTES:
- Processing of the application will only start upon submission of complete requirements.
- Please inform the Admissions Office if the student applicant has been diagnosed by a SPED specialist or a developmental pediatrician. A clinical diagnostic report and doctor’s recommendation will be required.
1b. Schedule of assessment/admission test will be sent via SMS after the screening of requirements.
2. Cashier’s Office
Pay the non-refundable assessment/admission test fee (Php 1,000).
3. Guidance Office
3a. Take the assessment/admission test.
3b. Assessment/admission test result will be sent via SMS after at least three (3) working days.
4. Academic Department
4a. Interview by the Assistant Principal and/or School Principal will follow upon passing the assessment/admission test.
NOTES:
- Preschool – Parent Interview ONLY
- Grades 1 to 12 – Parent and Student Interview
4b. Receive the Acceptance Notice from the Admissions Coordinator via admissions@themeridian.edu.ph with details regarding summer class recommendation and reservation of slot process.
5. Cashier’s Office
5a. Present the Acceptance Notice received via email and pay the non-transferable and non-refundable Reservation Fee (100% Equivalent to Miscellaneous Fee).
